**Location**:Bangalore City

**Roles And Responsibility**
- Expertise in installing and supporting Informatica version 10.x across development, QA, Production, and DR environments.
- Experience in managing and executing environment mergers, including integrating multiple Informatica environments or consolidating data and configurations.
- Solid understanding of Informatica architecture, including domain, nodes, repositories, and services, and how they interact within different deployment models.
- Skilled in creating deployment plans for code migration and managing the code review process.
- Deep knowledge of performance tuning techniques, including Partitioning and Push-down Optimization, within Informatica.
- Capable of performing regular health checks on Informatica servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Proficient in providing L1, L2, for Informatica tools, including handling situation calls and conducting root cause analysis (RCA).
- Competence in managing security within the Informatica environment.
- Availability for outage and maintenance support, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Manage Informatica repositories and metadata, including security and access controls.
- Monitor and optimize Informatica performance, including server resources, database performance, and network.
- Manage incident tickets, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Support Provide support and troubleshoot issues within the Informatica environment, working to resolve problems quickly and minimize system downtime.
- Managing Code Development with Deployments Groups, Copy & Paste and Import & Export Objects.Reviewing and promoting code changes to higher environments as per the Change Management Process.
- User and Security Management Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the Informatica environment, ensuring data security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Monitored system resources, including memory usage, CPU utilization, and disk space, and took corrective action when needed to maintain optimal performance levels.
