Wellnite is looking for a great Branding Designer to help us maintain and optimize our current branding.

You will be working closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize digital content and design ideas. You will be involved in all the visual design of the Wellnite identity including websites, content, social media, communities, newsletters, and blogs.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
- You have a background in building a brand from start to finish and have a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, graphic design and style guide experience
- Assist the marketing team in the production of content and related productions for event promotion, such as online advertisements (Facebook Ads), e-newsletters, communities (Facebook, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Knowledgeable with typography, color and layout, usability, accessibility with different digital platforms and standards
- Champion of creating brand identity systems to standardize brand consistency
- Knowledgeable with latest design and marketing industry trends
- Research best in class brands for benchmarking and brand comparison
- Work with the Marketing / Brand Strategy Team to brainstorm and conceptualize digital content and/or print design ideas
- Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task across various projects
- Self-starter who brings new ideas to the table
- Able to work collaboratively with other designers in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop InDesign)
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD is a plus
- Experience in animation / motion graphics, illustration, photography, writing, or other specialist skillset a plus
- Familiar with digital media specifications and requirements

Qualifications Needed
- Background in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Visual Communications, Multimedia, Advertising or Marketing
- Fluent in English
- Advantage: 2+ years working as a Designer in a creative agency or creative organization
- Relevant work portfolio
- Must have video content experience/works
- Must have Social media posts works
- Branding - website and materials works
- preferably has US company work experience

Note:

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹53,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
