**Job description**

**Title: Admission Counselor**

**Location**: Anand Vihar, Delhi

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month

**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Experience Required**: 1+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Provide detailed information and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding admission procedures, programs, and courses.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students, answering queries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- **Database Management**: Update and manage student records, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the system.
- **Marketing and Outreach**: Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and workshops to attract potential students.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from students and parents to improve the admissions process and address any issues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an admissions or counseling (preferred)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students and their families.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
