**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** in **Arts** to join our growing team at EaseToLearn. This role is ideal for someone with a strong academic background in Arts and a passion for education, content creation, and digital learning. As an SME, you will be responsible for developing high-quality academic content for students in alignment with curriculum standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create lesson plans, question banks, assignments, quizzes, and explanatory notes.
- Ensure content accuracy, quality, and alignment with academic standards.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers.
- Research and stay updated on curriculum changes and trends in the education sector.
- Participate in quality audits and feedback loops for continuous improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Graduate (B.A.) and Postgraduate (M.A.)** in Arts from a recognized university.
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in content writing or academic content development (preferred, not mandatory).
- Familiarity with EdTech tools or LMS platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
