**Job Title: Faculty Member**

Job Duties

1. **Preparing and Conducting Seminars and Webinars**: Develop engaging seminar and webinar content on relevant IT topics to enhance students' knowledge and skills.

3. **Creating Questions and Answers**: Develop quizzes, assessments, and practice questions to evaluate students' understanding and mastery of course materials.

4. **Technical Counseling**: Provide technical counseling and guidance to students regarding course selection, career paths, and skill development.

5. **Voice-over Presentations for YouTube Channel**: Create voice-over presentations for the YouTube channel, delivering educational content in an engaging and informative manner.

7. **Managing Projects and Deadlines**: Act as a project manager for student projects, setting deadlines, managing resources, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

8. **Creating a Project Environment**: Foster a culture of professionalism and collaboration within the training environment, simulating real-world IT project environments to prepare students for industry standards

9. **Deep Knowledge in Respective Area**: Demonstrate expertise and proficiency in the respective IT area(s) being taught, staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

10. **Motivating Students**: Motivate and inspire students to excel in their studies and become industry-ready professionals through encouragement, mentorship, and support.

**Skills Required**:
1. Expertise in the respective IT area(s) being taught.

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

3. Proficiency in creating educational content for various formats (seminars, webinars, recorded courses, etc.).

4. Ability to provide technical counseling and guidance to students

5. Project management skills to manage student projects and deadlines effectively.

6. Strong motivation and passion for teaching and mentoring students.

7. Adaptability to online and offline teaching environments.

8. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry developments.
