**Job Purpose**:
Company 3/Method Inc is seeking a Payroll Executive to support our Pune locations Payroll Activities. You will be responsible for overall Payroll activities, Payroll compliance, SAP/D365, Accounting, Audit & TDS etc, of the company.
- Handled Payroll activity alongwith co-ordinating with HR & Independent Payroll processing for Monthly/Annually payroll.
- Verifying the monthly HR inputs and sending observations on the same.
- Verifying the draft paysheet’s and sending the observations to HR.
- Co-ordination with Internal team for any payroll related activities.
- Processing salary pay-out by online and cheque.
- Full & Final Working and Processing the pay-out on time.
- Preparing various payroll related reports for monthly MIS.
- Regular data accounting entries in SAP/D365 relating to salary. Keeping salary related records updated on a daily basis. Participate in the Accounting and reporting functions for India operation related to Payroll.
- Payroll Compliances (PF, PT, TDS, ESIC, LWF, Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Furlough, NPS, Employee Tax Saving reimbursements etc.)
- Gratuity & Leave Encashment valuation-Coordination with Consultant.
- Statutory Bonus & Discretionary Bonus Provisions and payout as per govt. compliances.
- Issuance of Form-16 on time & Filling of quarterly/annually eTDS return.
- Collaborating with other finance team members on activities/projects connected within the overall framework of India finance team.
- Support Company's other functions within the Finance umbrella
- such as preparing Cash flow, monthly /yearly schedule for Internal & Statutory Audit, MIS, etc
- Monthly Salary Variance Analysis as per Management requirement.
- Checking & Approving Investment declaration.
- Overall responsibility and Payroll Processing, Compliances, Accounting & Auditing

**Minimum Requirement**:
B-Com / M-Com/MBA, Inter CA with 5+ years of experience.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic individual with the desire to push boundaries to achieve results.
- Ability to manage the function with mínimal direction.
- Preferably from service industry only preferable ITES/ Media/ Entertainment / E-commerce.
