We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Documentation Executive to join our team. The Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing and organizing various types of documents within the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create, format, and edit documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage document version control to ensure that all documents are up to date and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document management processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and organize documentation for projects, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with document management software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
