**Key Responsibilities**:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, servers, and systems.
- Provide technical support to staff across departments for IT-related issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot PMS, POS, accounting, and reservation systems (e.g., IDS, Opera, etc.).
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware/software support.
- Implement system updates, patches, and upgrades as required.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and hotel operating procedures.
- Support CCTV, biometric systems, telephone systems, Wi-Fi, and other operational technology.
- Generate IT reports and assist management in IT budgeting and procurement.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support/administration (hospitality industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), and firewalls.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and provide quick resolutions during system downtime.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
