**Job Description: Business Development Associate**
**Location**: Wadala, Mumbai
**Days**: Monday - Saturday
**Timings**: 9 AM - 6 PM
**Compensation**: 15%-20% hike on last drawn salary
**About the Organization**
**Position Summary**
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven **Business Development Associates** to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and inclusion, who thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, client engagement, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct offline and online product demos to prospective clients and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Visit pediatricians, psychiatrists, and special needs centers to expand outreach and business partnerships.
- Analyze client accounts to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work closely with team members to achieve collective business goals.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree / Postgraduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred).
- 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, EdTech, or Educational Services.
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with startup culture and proficiency in using digital tools and CRMs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Experience in client-facing roles in the education or healthcare sector is a strong plus.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
