**Job Title**: Customer Support Representative

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Problem Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, ensuring that problems are addressed effectively and efficiently.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Escalation Handling**: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and relay customer feedback to the appropriate teams to help improve our products and services.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on product changes, new features, and best practices to continuously improve customer support.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Graduates/Post Graduates
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer support role or similar position is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- **Availability**: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with MS Excel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
