**Purpose of the Position**:

- Support Spring-Board initiatives to build up optimized EFS team in India.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Shared service center to prepare AR, AP and GL activities in daily operation and closing - payment, billing, Intercompany transactions, Journal entries and Fixed assets.
- Lead Month end closing activities, reports, reconciliations, and Blackline tasks.
- Responsible for pre & post Month end close activities including Management reporting and ad-hoc queries.
- Interaction with regional banks and vendors to manage cash status, payment issues and follow ups.
- Support Tax operations and regular tax filing, reporting and refund.
- Support holding company’s accounting like investment, dividend, etc.
- Work with 3rd party accounting team to review financial data, entries & control book’s accuracy, and quality.
- Prepare and support internal and external reporting, inquiries, SOX audit, statutory audit.
- Support in financial forecast and budget process.
- Provide commentary / analysis to finance and business leaders on spending versus forecast/budget.
- Support S/4 HANA upgrade, implementation, and testing.
- Identify opportunities and support to implement digitalization or process improvements.
- Finance point of contact to provide employee finance orientation, refresh training and policy update.
- Other Ad-hoc tasks from finance/business partners.

**Education & Experience**
- MBA Finance/ CA Inter/ Equivalent (10 -12 years), CA (6-8 years) with relevant accounting and closing experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including the US (GAAP).
- Expert in Office tool like MS excel (VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables), MS word and PPT.
- SAP, S/4 HANA experience is a must.
- Power BI experience will be a plus.
- Shared Services, Transition and Project Management experience is desirable.

- Oral and written good English communication is must.
- Excellent Team Player.
- Quick learner and Agile, able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and with diverse teams.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
