BRYK Studio is an upcoming high-end fitness studio dedicated to fostering personal growth and holistic well-being. We pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of fitness classes, including boxing, animal flow, aerial yoga, and more, designed to inspire and challenge our clientele.
**Position Overview**:We are seeking passionate Fitness Trainers/Sports Specialists to join our team. As a trainer at BRYK Studio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' fitness journeys while contributing to the growth and success of our studio. This position offers flexibility and an opportunity to explore innovative fitness techniques while delivering top-notch classes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting engaging and dynamic fitness classes, specializing in areas such as boxing, animal flow, aerial yoga, and other specified disciplines.
- Providing personalized guidance and support to clients, ensuring their safety, progress, and satisfaction throughout their fitness experience.
- Contributing creative ideas for new classes, workshops, or fitness programs to diversify our offerings and attract a broader clientele base.
- Collaborating with other trainers and staff to maintain a cohesive and inspiring studio environment.
- Upholding the studio's standards of excellence in customer service and fitness instruction.
**Requirements**:
- Certified fitness trainer or sports specialist with a demonstrated expertise in conducting classes in boxing, animal flow, aerial yoga, or related disciplines.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire clients of various fitness levels to achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying class demands.
- A team player mentality and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
