**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Design visually appealing video content that aligns with the project's theme and objectives
- Use various video editing software and tools to enhance raw footage
- Add special effects, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video quality
- Select and arrange sound effects, music, and voiceovers to create a compelling soundtrack
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video design trends and techniques
- Brainstorm and create new video ideas with the team
- Manage and maintain the video library
- Ensure final products meet required technical specifications and quality standards
- Review raw material and shooting scripts to create a shot decision list based on scene value and continuity
- Create rough and final cuts, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Designer
- Proficient in using digital technology and editing software such as Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, and Final Cut
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Degree or diploma in video production, film editing, graphic design, or related field
- Intermediate or graduate qualification.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing
- Knowledge of Blender and other 3D designing software is an add-on benefit

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
