**About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Mother Teacher** to serve as the academic and emotional guide for young learners. The role requires creating a nurturing classroom environment, managing all-round development, and acting as the primary link between school and parents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per CBSE/NCERT curriculum.
- Ensure overall development: academic, social, and emotional.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and student records.
- Communicate regularly with parents and conduct PTMs.
- Identify and support individual learning needs.
- Foster values, life skills, and positive classroom culture.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with **B.Ed./D.El.Ed./ECCE/NTT** (mandatory).
- Prior experience as a class teacher (preferred).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
