**Work Order Management**:Manage work orders, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.

**Inventory Management**:Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring they are readily available when needed.

**Communication and Reporting**:Communicate with staff, tenants, or clients regarding maintenance needs and progress, and prepare reports on maintenance activities and budget.

**Problem Solving**:Identify and address maintenance issues, and implement process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
