We are looking for Cyber Training, Awareness & Brand Analyst who will be critical in developing and implementing effective cybersecurity training and awareness programs, as well as managing the cybersecurity brand within the organization.

Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity training, awareness, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs and awareness campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cyber Training: Curriculum development, e-learning, instructional design, public speaking.
- Awareness Programs: Campaign planning, content creation, communication strategies.
- Brand Management: Branding principles, design skills, marketing coordination.
- Communication: Written and verbal communication, presentation skills, engagement techniques.
- Soft Skills: Creativity, collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, attention to detail.

Certification Required
- CISM
- CISSP
- Security+

Job Responsibilities

Cyber Training
- Develop and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity training programs for employees at all levels.
- Create training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and guides.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops on various cybersecurity topics.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure training is relevant and tailored to specific roles.

**Awareness Programs**
- Design and implement cybersecurity awareness campaigns to promote a security-conscious culture.
- Organize events, such as cybersecurity awareness month activities, to engage employees.
- Use a variety of communication channels to reach different segments of the organization.
- Monitor and measure the impact of awareness programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance awareness initiatives.

**Brand Management**
- Manage the cybersecurity brand and ensure consistent messaging across all materials and communications.
- Create and maintain a positive image of the cybersecurity team within the organization.
- Develop branding materials, including logos, taglines, and templates, to support cybersecurity initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing and communications teams to align cybersecurity branding with overall corporate branding.
- Promote cybersecurity achievements and milestones to increase visibility and credibility.
- Monitor the perception of the cybersecurity brand and address any issues that may arise.
