Designation: Administrative Executive

**Salary**: 16,000-22,000 Per Month
Experience: Minimum 2 years
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Security: To ensure overall security arrangement and movement of men and material within/ from the Company’s premises.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Travel & Ticketing: To make necessary Travel & Ticketing arrangements as required for official tours through external agencies.
- Transport (Staff Bus / Pool Car): To make necessary and timely arrangements
- Conference Hall: To coordinate allotment & ensure its maintenance.
- Fire Control Equipment: To ensure timely refilling & serviceability of Fire Extinguishers.
- Stationary: To ensure timely procurement as per user’s requirement.
- Coordinate Meetings/Visits / Annual Activities.
- Budgeting/ Cost Control/ AMCs (New/Renewal).
- Telecommunication & Photocopy Maintenance.
- Housekeeping/Horticulture/Pest Control and minor repairs
- Mail room: Dispatch/Receipt. of mail/Courier.
- Awareness of EMS policies & objectives
- Significant aspects with reference to the Admin. Processes/activities & their impact on the environment.
- Should be able to drive Environment Management Programs & develop operational control procedures to protect the environment.
- Working knowledge of the Emergency response plan.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of office administration experience.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
