Metallurgist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct mechanical and metallurgical testing of materials and components as per industry standards.
- Perform tests such as tensile, hardness, impact, fatigue, fracture analysis, and micro structure evaluation/Micro structure, SEM Analysis
- Prepare detailed test reports and analyze test results.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand testing requirements and provide technical support.
- Maintain compliance with NABL, ISO, and other quality standards.
- Assist in research and development of new testing methodologies.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Knowledge of mechanical and metallurgical testing procedures and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with UTM, Hardness testers, Impact testers, and Metallurgical microscopes, XRD,XRF,OES ,SEM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in NABL-accredited laboratories is a plus.
