**JOB Overview**

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. A Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns, on time and a on budget.

**Responsibilities**
- Basic graphic design knowledge for creating visualisation.
- **Social Media Management**: Monitor and engage with our social media communities, including posting updates, responding to comments, and analysing and conducting social media performances.

.To assist in the planning, execution, and optimizations of Social media Channels, Creatives & Visual content strategies including video creation
- Write content for Blogs & Social Media Channels
- **SEO**:Assist in optimising website content for search engines by keyword research and on-page and SEO activities.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Gather and analyse data from various digital marketing platforms to track campaign performances and identify areas for improvement.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with Marketings trends and algorithm changes.
- Be open to learning and adapting to new tools and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years' experience of working on digital marketing role or other relevant position
- Proven experience managing social media & community management.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills. English is a must.
- Experience using Hubspot and other marketing automation tools.
- Solid web copywriting skills and experience with Wordpress. Basic HTML/CSS experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and to identify when assistance is needed. And seek help from appropriate team.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge & understanding of social media platforms like
- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. and how each channel can be used for our clients’ business.
- Community management, Cross-Platform - Content Marketing, Community Building, Engaging Influencers, Brand Building & Reputation Management.
- Must be good at generating and executing Social Media Marketing Calendar, Social Media Analytics using various Tools, Competitive Analysis Studies, etc.
- Generate new sources of content for the website including SEO Blog posts, and all the social media platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing/ social media: 3 years (required)
- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
