**Designation: Business Development Executive**

**Job Role: US IT Bench Sales and Marketer**

**Job Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh**

**Shift Timings: 7:30 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST**

**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Actively involved in the marketing of consultants on bench of the preferred vendors.
- Negotiating rates with vendors and managing the long-term relations with them.
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Maintaining Good interpersonal Relations with the Client and the Vendors.
- Besides working on Bench Guys, got handsome experience working on the Direct Client Requirements of our Recruiting Team.
- Ensure prompt delivery of the consultants.
- Utilize multiple sources (social media, career sites, job postings, etc.) to source technical professionals with varying degrees of experience.
- Develop and/or execute search strategies and outreach plans for IT professionals
- Manage the day-to-day task and workflow of repeat recruitments.
- Review resumes and cover letters for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Develop recruiting reports on a bi-annual basis.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and industry news related to recruitment.

**Qualifications**
- 6+ months of experience in IT Recruitment industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of programming languages, software development, web development, database management, and system architecture.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
