Early Careers Coordinator
- Key Responsibilities
Video Interview Management- Assessment Centre Coordination-
- Host virtual assessment centres, ensuring smooth execution and a professional experience for all participants.
- Data Management- Support the Early Careers Team with data management, reporting, and large-scale data processes, maintaining accuracy and completeness during key projects.
- Skills and Experience- Prior experience in a similar recruitment support role is desirable, but a willingness to learn and thrive in a team environment is what will set you apart.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise competing tasks effectively. Know when to delegate or escalate issues as needed.- Thrive in fast-paced environments and handle periods of high demand with resilience and a proactive attitude.- Enjoy working with data and maintaining accuracy in repetitive tasks, such as reviewing video interviews or managing assessment logistics.-
- An encouraging team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
