**JD : BDM-IT Infrastructure. (Exp - 4-7 Yrs, Budget - 7-10lpa)**

Employees in this role will present the value of TI Infotech solutions to all levels of customer management and drive services product line sales; and for the customer's satisfaction with the engagement and offerings. They must be effective in teaming with other TI Infotech sales and technical sales resources to provide complete solutions to customer business requirements. Drive leads from Opportunity, Identification, Validation, Qualification to Closing the order.

Refer requirements for the role:
1. Overall 5+ years’ experience in Selling, with Proven Track Record in Sales and Having Sound Experience in Driving Leads.

2. At least 2-3 years’ experience in Selling Managed, Optimization and Integration Services to Customers at C Level (Executives) in an Organization is a Prerequisite.

5. Capability to translate the customer business issues in to IT Infrastructure requirements

6. Engage with the customer, identify triggers, Identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customer.

7. Build and develop the business case, provide relevant and sound business and technical advice to the customer.

8. A good conceptual knowledge on IT Infrastructure (Server/Storage/Network/Firewall/UTM, Cloud Services etc. and IT Service Management)

9. Responsible to respond to RFP and proposal drafting is a must.

10. MIS reports with regards to opportunity management, sales life cycle report on CRM and make sure each opportunity is updated

11. Together with solution engineering team, interface and negotiate with the customer (finance and technical staff e.g. CIO, CFO) and their consultants

12. High degree of commitment and goal orientations is a must

13. Should have a great attitude towards team work and must be willing to adjust with the demands of a high pressure job
