**Marketing Intern - Referral Calling**

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and confident **Marketing Intern** focused on **Referral Calling**. The intern will support our marketing and sales teams by reaching out to potential students through referral databases, explaining program details, and helping generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calling to referral contacts provided by the organization.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Maintain and update lead records accurately in CRM systems or Excel sheets.
- Assist in minor marketing tasks like messaging campaigns or basic follow-ups if needed.
- Provide daily reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Confident and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Interest in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
