**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop creative and visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to digital ads, social media posts, brochures, banners, logos, and web assets.
- **Branding**: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and web teams to create compelling visual content that supports campaigns and initiatives.
- **Photo Editing & Retouching**: Edit and retouch photos for various uses, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
- **Creative Direction**: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering new and creative design ideas to improve visual communication strategies.
- **File Preparation**: Prepare final design files for print, digital, and web distribution, ensuring proper formats and resolutions.
- **Design Research**: Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technology to continuously improve the quality of work and maintain industry best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
