**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- Ensure receipt of appropriate raw materials from vendors and account for the same after ensuring the quality of materials.
- Issue raw materials as per requirements on a FIFO basis/ standard and account for the same Implement an effective material handling & providing system.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, other items and maintain inventory as per norms.
- Ensure accurate updation of data in database and generate meaningful MIS;
- Maintain GMP / ISO systems as per requirements and improve the processes / system continually.

Ensure appropriate safety and house-keeping in stores by following safety and housekeeping procedures.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive raw material consignments against the Order. Conduct and lead physical inspection to verify quantity of raw material as per the invoice.
- Ensure the material storage as per the layout & Identification of the materials as per the SOP (UT/P/Q/R) also monitor the material storage room - relative humidity and temperature on daily basis.
- In case of rejection return the materials to the supplier. Coordinate with Quality and finance team to ensure cancellation of commercial invoice and ensure debit note booking.
- Dispense raw materials as per batch requirements and RM indent on a FIFO basis and follow appropriate material handling/providing system.
- Monitor the production process daily and report the deviations to production Manager and receive inputs to correct the situation. Continually look for opportunities and methods for improving performance in terms of productivity and yield.
- Document the Batch processing records and other production related data’s and ensure the data accuracy and retrieval of data on time.
- Traceability to be maintained for Raw materials to Final Product.
- Conduct weighing balance calibration on daily basis.
- Take steps to control inventory as per established norms and support in inventory cost control.
- Alert team in case of stock levels fall below MSL/ re-order levels and enable availability of materials on time.
- Follow the standard operating procedures established for stores function and implement ISO and GMP systems as per requirements.
- Update material details accurately and generate meaningful MIS as per requirements
- Conduct monthly stock audits to reconcile physical stocks with system stock and eliminate disparities, if any.
- Monitor slow moving and non - moving stocks closely and submit reports periodically. Support in movement of slow and non
- moving items. Ensure and monitor RM shelf life.
- Implement safety and house-keeping procedures as per requirements and ensure clean and safe working conditions.

Ensure pest control activity as per the requirement.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Store management: 2 years (preferred)
