**Job Description of Motion Graphic Designer**

Develop animated math conceptual videos that simplify complex mathematical concepts and make them easy to understand for a broad audience.
- Collaborate with the content development team to conceptualize and script video content, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
- Create storyboards and animatics to plan and visualize the video's flow and design.
- Produce high-quality 2D or 3D animations that are both visually appealing and pedagogically effective.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the educational experience.
- Maintain consistent style and quality across multiple videos to establish a recognizable brand identity.
- Revise and refine animations based on feedback from the content team, educators, and students.

Must-have skills
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing math-related educational animations.
- Proficiency in animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, etc.).
- Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to explain complex math concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of educational pedagogy and the ability to align animations with learning objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, as the role involves close cooperation with content developers, educators, and other team members.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
