Lab Supervisor

Define and educate the workmanship criteria and standards to the staff
- Liaison with the quality manager in relation to quality matters affecting testing
- To maintain a clean lab environment
- To monitor proper segregation & disposal of Biomedical Waste generated.
- To monitor environment where testing is carried out (room temperature, humidity, refrigerator temp.)
- To ensure that the daily duties as per the format are performed by the respective technician.
- To ensure that daily maintenance of all equipments is carried out as per procedure.
- To ensure timely preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipments and instruments including internal instrument calibration.
- To maintain machine spare management.
- To follow machine breakdown till the problem is rectified
- To supervise that quality control like Internal QC & External QC are run as per defined schedule.
- To ensure proper sample collection as mentioned in sample collection procedure manual.
- Verification and implementation of corrective and preventive action
- To keep the Director informed and updated on all the developments in the technical area of the laboratory
- Identify training needs for the laboratory staff.
- To monitor documentation & filing in all technical depts.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
