**Job Title**:Sales Coordinator**

**Reports To**:Sales Manager / Head Business Development**

**Job Purpose**

**To provide operational, administrative, and customer service support to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and coordination between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order & Sales Support**:

- **Coordinate with clients for order placement, documentation, and delivery schedules.**:

- **Prepare and process sales orders in CRM systems.**:

- **Track and monitor order status from confirmation to dispatch.**:

- **Customer Coordination**:

- **Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.**:

- **Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist in onboarding new clients and KYC verification**:

- **Internal Communication**:

- **Liaise between the sales team, production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely execution of orders.**:

- **Coordinate with QC/QA for product release and compliance documentation.**:

- **Sales Reporting & Data Management**:

- **Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.**:

- **Track sales targets, pending orders, and payment collections.**:

- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- **Ensure proper documentation**:

- **Maintain and update product data sheets, price lists, and marketing materials.**:

- **Inventory & Sample Management**:

- **Track stock availability with the warehouse team.**:

- **Coordinate sample dispatch to clients and maintain sample records.**

**Skills & Competencies**
- **Strong communication and coordination skills.**:

- **Good knowledge of** **MS Office** **and ERP/CRM software.**:

- **Attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.**:

- **Ability to work under deadlines and multitask effectively.**:

- **Basic understanding** **of sales order processing and invoicing**:
**Qualifications & Experience**

**Bachelor's or Master Degree in Science or Degree or diploma in** **Sales & Marketing**

**2-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination.**
