Should have client-facing experience and need to work closely with the offshore development team, Senior Management, multiple onsite teams and stakeholders.
- Should be able to work on projects independently and has an ability to understand and solve business problems
- Experience/ ability to understand working with multiple systems & multiple stakeholders
- Be able to consistently collect, interpret, analyze and present the data to Senior Management
- Worked on Global deployment in Banking & Finance domain
- Worked on large scale business solution covering high end financial transactions

Key Result Areas:
Functional
- Have rich knowledge of Banking & Finance domain industry globally and specific to Asia Pacific region
- Retail/Corporate Digital Banking, Asset Finance
- Solution architecture design & review
- Working Experience with Private/ public banks
- System designed from scratch and then taken to production
- Guide the team in Requirement Closures and Verification/Validation Tasks
- Worked on large scale business solution covering high end financial transactions

Pre-Sales & Solution
- Have good knowledge of the domain to create effective business solutions around client requirements.
- Guide clients looking for solutions and suggest cost-effective approaches.
- Suggest integration approaches in the existing ecosystem of the client.
- Cross-sell various NECTI finance domain expertise during client discussions.

Inter Personal
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytic & business consultancy skills
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and generate opportunities for repeat business

Necessary Qualification/ Technical Skills:

- 10-15 years of total experience in the Banking & Finance domain
- 3-4 years of experience as Solution Architect
- Azure/Any Cloud
- Experience in Digital banking & Asset Finance
- Experience in Proposal and Presales
