**Handling Academics and coordinating with teachers and Coordinators for proper implementation and results.**
- **To lead, plan, manage and ensure the successful delivery of the Academy vision for individual student achievement**
- **Attending and participating in meetings with staff, parents and other officials.**
- **Planning and Organizing school events and field trips and assisting various committees.**
- **Conducting regular meetings with HoDs to streamline academic operations**
- **Handling boards related work. Helping with admission and retention of students.**
- **Ensuring high quality teaching and learning following the school policy for self-evaluation and review.**
- **Contribute, as appropriate with senior leaders, to training and the professional learning of staff with an emphasis on care, support, guidance, behavior, attendance, inclusion and support all staff in achieving the priorities and targets of the school.**

**To actively participate in the monitoring evaluation and review of teaching and learning in line managed faculties. Managing any capability or disciplinary procedures in line with Academy policy, where appropriate.**

8-10 Years experience with a proven track record

**Graduate with good percentage along with B.Ed.**
- **Good communication skills along with team handling experience**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
