**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Dispatch Planning & Coordination**:Plan and schedule dispatches based on project deadlines, customer orders, and installation schedules.Coordinate with the production, project management, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations. Prioritize urgent dispatches as per client commitments or site requirements.
**2. Documentation & Compliance**: Prepare all dispatch-related documents such as: Delivery challansTax invoicesE-way bills (as per GST norms) Packing lists and material transfer notes (MTNs)Ensure proper tagging and labeling of items to match BOQs and site-wise requirements.
**3. Logistics & Transportation**:Arrange suitable transportation (in-house or third-party) based on the type, size, and fragility of products. Monitor loading and unloading to prevent damage to customized items like panels, laminates, wardrobes, or hardware. Track deliveries and coordinate with site supervisors for receipt confirmation.
**4. Inventory & Quality Check**:Cross-verify products against packing lists, drawings, and work orders before dispatch. Conduct final visual checks to ensure finish quality and packaging integrity. Update dispatch logs and maintain digital/physical records of all outgoing goods.
**5. Team & Process Management**:Supervise dispatch team members, packers, and loading staff. Ensure proper material handling practices and adherence to safety protocols. Continuously improve dispatch efficiency and reduce transit damages or dispatch errors.

**Skills & Competencies**: Experience in dispatch/logistics in interior manufacturing, modular furniture, or fit-out companies. Understanding of modular and customized product handling (e.g., flat-packed, pre-assembled units). Strong coordination, planning, and documentation skills. Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and logistics tracking tools. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple dispatches daily.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
