**What you'll do**

Phenom People is looking for a talented and motivated Product Development Engineer I to join our Engineering team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position. As a Product Development Engineer I, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining products and services. You will be involved in the design, development, and testing of new products and services. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and product development. You should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
**Work Experience
**What you've done**

Fast API.
- Work with PostgreSQL / MongoDB to design, optimize, and manage databases ensuring data integrity and

performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high
- quality products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues and bugs to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in ReactJS for front-end development.
- Strong experience with Django and FastAPI for back-end development.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL for database management.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non
- technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Education**
- Engineering Graduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates from IIT, BITS, & NIT are

preferred.
