Service Captain

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Service Captain to lead our restaurant service team and ensure a smooth and high-quality guest dining experience. The Service Captain will oversee wait staff, coordinate table service, manage guest requests, and maintain service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service team in the restaurant or dining area.
- Ensure smooth table service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Train, guide, and support new and existing wait staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service and special requests.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel & resort industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
