Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Factory Manager/Unit Head in day-to-day operations.

Maintain and manage all compliance and legal documentation as required by the organization and regulatory authorities.

Prepare and update ISO documentation; conduct internal audits, draft audit reports, and submit findings to top management.

Handle confidential files and sensitive company information with discretion.

Coordinate and liaise effectively with various internal departments and communicate with the Head Office (HO) as needed.

Organize and actively participate in employee engagement and welfare activities at the plant location.

Assist in planning and executing administrative tasks or any special assignments as directed by the Unit Head.

Prepare daily production reports and communicate with respective HODs as per the requirements of management.
