1. Good knowledge of chemistry and Literature search
2. Synthesizing API molecules to meets the quality as per desired pharmacopoeia.
3. Process development that is cost effective, high yielding, less in effluent and viable in plant
4. Coordination with Pilot plant for batches & plant scale up
5. Commercial viable process API & intermediates right from lab scale to plant scale with PDR documents.
6. Synthesis of API, Impurities, Trouble shooting, and investigation.
7. Documentation for SOP, LNB and chemical store.
