**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive with 1+ years of experience in
possess strong communication skills to confidently interact with clients and internal teams. This
role involves managing, analyzing, and presenting data that supports operational and clientrelated
decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Create and manage reports using Excel formulas and functions.
- Support the team by generating regular and ad-hoc reports to assist in decision-making.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver timely insights.
- Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of data through regular checks and validation.
- Present key findings in a clear and understandable manner to internal teams.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 + year of experience in MIS/Data Reporting roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIFS, etc.
- Good understanding of basic data analysis and reporting logic.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
