**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Curriculum Coordination**:

- Ensure alignment of lesson plans and teaching methodologies with CBSE guidelines.

**2. Academic Planning**:

- Create and manage timetables for classes and teachers.
- Develop test plans, exam schedules, and academic calendars.
- Formulate strategies to improve academic performance and student outcomes.

**3. Monitoring and Follow-up**:

- Regularly monitor teacher performance, student progress, and academic activities.
- Provide feedback and support to teachers for continuous improvement.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure implementation of academic plans.

**4. Event Coordination**:

- Organize and manage academic events, workshops, seminars, and competitions.
- Ensure smooth execution of events and activities.

**5. General Administration**:

- Maintain records and reports related to academic activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective academic operations.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
Prior experience as an Academic Coordinator, teacher, or in a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of CBSE syllabus (NCERT) and educational trends.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and management.
- Proficiency in creating academic plans, timetables, and reports.
