The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for managing day today Liquidity Management Transaction activity for India region along with time critical projects. We are looking for an individual who has curiosity, drive, strong communication skills and the ability to execute and coordinate operational activities. **Opportunity Value**: - Chance to interact with key stakeholders like Product, Governance, Technology and others across different areas at CITI. - Be an influencer in key processes and change activities. - Gain customer service management experience in an Operations environment. - Be a part of a wider APAC Liquidity Managment and Investment space. **Key Responsibilities**: - Day to day management of workflow queues, requests for processing. - Supports transactional processing, regulatory and other ancillary reporting as required by RBI. - Proactively identify client issues. - Participate and facilitate resolution of system outages engaging with all relevant partners such Tech, Product and Client Service teams to mitigate client impact. - Participate in Ad hoc projects. - Review process, procedures and client issues and provide insights and potential recommendations. - Assist in the production of weekly, monthly and quarterly department reports. **Competencies**- Willingness to work in situations requiring analytical, interpretive, and problem solving. - A detailed and independent thinking style. - Excellent organization and administrative skills. - Flexibility. - Client focused. - Willingness to learn and develop. - Willingness to work overtime, or in a staggered shift. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or other relevant discipline. - Treasury, Investments or Cash Management knowledge desirable. - 9 - 11 years of relevant/banking experience. Additional Job Description **Job Background/context**: The Liquidity Management Service range of products offered by Citi assist clients to manage their income as efficiently as possible by providing general treasury management services like cash concentration and investments.
