**In this role you will be tasked with the**day-to-day** management of the Coupa**systems** which is the key platform behind our Source to Pay process.**Day to day** management will include leading the**S**2P operations team, making sure**team** is meeting all critical service levels and reaching daily operational deliverables. Also includes troubleshooting business issues related with Coupa such as user profile issues, data integration issues, interface issues. The role will also**be responsible for** strategic work, partnering with business procurement operations team and functional leadership team to make transformative changes to the process and system. A key skill set will be the ability to take Procure to Pay process concepts and end states and bring them to life within the platform.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Create Global /Regional bids folder in SharePoint/Teams per standard file structure**

**Basic market research - supplier identification, global footprint,**etc.**

**Prepare and publish updates to event scope loaded in the RFX Tool**

**Survey Regional/Metro Coverage and available**capacity** to support RFx requirements, collect and analyze data of new suppliers)**

**Data analysis and interpretation (Executive summaries, etc.)**

**Creation, tracking and updating of documents and communication logs**.**

**Track SLAs and KPIs for supplier performance monitoring**

**Qualification we**seek** in you**

**Minimum Qualification**

**Any Graduate**

**Preferred Skill Set**

**This person will need to have both strong technical and systems skills while also having an analytical/process driven mind.**

**Strong in interpersonal skills to frontend the business customers**

**Experience with Coupa systems and process Certification on Coupa platform will be an advantage**

**Technical degree from the accredited college / university**
