Quality Controller

SUMMARY:
Develop and maintain a system to assure that all products manufactured Aman Poly Plast Pvt. Ltd. meet customer specifications and achieve Superior Quality Level.

Ensure that the customers’ quality requirements are met.

Plans and coordinate Quality program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.

Formulate and maintain Quality Assurance Objectives and supervise workers engaged in inspection, and testing to insure continuous quality over materials and production facilities.

Develop and analyze statistical data and specifications to indicate present product standards

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Revise and maintain the quality policy manual and quality system procedure manual, Quality Management System

Meet with vendors, customers, quality representatives, and company personnel to discuss and resolve quality problems as required.

Prepare for and represent the company during all audits.

Plan, promote, and organize quality-training activities

Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity relating to product, process, and quality system

Responsible for Reporting and Quarantining Non-Conforming Product and verify that Hold Area Log Book is maintained

Control further processing of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected

Plan and direct activities concerned with the development

Complete CAR’s (8D’s, 5 Why’s, etc)

Verify the implementation of solutions

Identify and record problems relating to the product, process, and quality system

Responsible for APQP activities

Initiate Kickoffs and new Job Files and maintenance of those files

Creating, Submitting, and Maintaining PPAP records for all submissions of new products and engineering changes

Create Set-Up and In-Process Instructions

Create Job Books and Job Boards

Review and Disposition of Supplier PPAP’s

Responsible for receiving Material and MTN Log

Supervise Entire Quality Department

Conduct training sessions on Quality activities

Work with Quality Manager to maintain the Quality Management System and assist with TS and customer audits

Maintain calibration of gages

Assist in Gathering and Reporting BMS Information

Assist in generating or implementing defect reduction activities

Perform and Monitor LPA’s

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure product quality through fulfillment of quality standards

Identify and report quality problems or trends

Recommend and assist in coordinating appropriate corrective action to quality problems in conjunction with manufacturing, tooling, and shipping and receiving

Review all documentation related to product quality, such as, control plans, FMEAS, etc; approve as appropriate to ensure product quality

Work to improve systems, performance, and identifies skills, training and capabilities needed

Perform advanced statistical process control.

Provide leadership, guidance, and training to quality department to support manufacturing requirements. Recruit, retain and manage subordinate personnel to ensure a well-qualified and motivated department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
College Degree or Commensurate experience required.

Minimum of four years of Quality Control/Quality Assurance Managerial or Supervisory experience required.

Minimum of two years in a Plastic Manufacturing Environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Good communications skills, verbal and written.

Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and Process Capability Studies.

Skill in training, orienting and motivating employees in policies, methods, and operationsof equipment.

Familiar with MS Word and Excel.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
