**Job Opening: BMS & IBMS Operator (2 Positions)**:

- Location: Genome Valley, Shamirpet, Hyderabad_
- Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site, Shift Work)_

**About the Role**

We are hiring **two BMS & IBMS Operators** to support day-to-day operations at our facility in **Genome Valley, Hyderabad**. This role involves **monitoring, operating, and basic maintenance** of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), including **HVAC**, **fire alarms**, **CCTV**, **access control**, **public address (PA) systems**, and **door interlocking** systems.

**Openings**
- **A Shift**: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- **B Shift**: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- _(Rotational shift schedule will apply)_

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and operate BMS & IBMS systems including:

- HVAC controls, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and door interlocks
- Escalate alarms, faults, or abnormalities to the engineering team
- Perform basic system checks and routine reporting
- Assist in basic troubleshooting and coordination with service teams
- Maintain shift logs, checklists, and incident reports
- Ensure adherence to site safety and operational procedures

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in BMS/IBMS operations or facility monitoring roles
- Basic understanding of BMS platforms
- Familiar with fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel for reporting

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulatory environments
- Exposure to Siemens BMS and fire alarm panels
- Understanding of alarm management and basic troubleshooting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
