**Job Title**: Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driver

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

IkkUips Ventures LLP is hiring experienced and responsible **HMV Drivers** to operate our newly inducted fleet of **10-wheel, 12-wheel, and 16-wheel trucks**. These vehicles are primarily used for material transportation between **construction sites, stockyards, crushers**, and **bitumen mix transport from plant to site**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate HMV trucks efficiently and safely as per route and site requirements.
- Transport construction materials, aggregates, and bitumen mixes as instructed.
- Maintain timely delivery schedules between sites, plants, and stockyards.
- Follow route plans, loading/unloading procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any faults or service requirements.
- Maintain trip logs and assist in kilometer tracking for **Batta calculation**.
- Cooperate with site supervisors and logistics coordinators for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **HMV Driving License** (Commercial)
- Minimum **2 years** of experience in heavy vehicle driving
- Familiarity with construction site logistics and handling bulk materials
- Good physical fitness and alertness on road
- Knowledge of routes within **Tamil Nadu and Kerala** preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle

**Compensation**:

- **Daily Batta & Kilometer-Based Allowance**:

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
