- Manage the registration and maintenance of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of IP issues, including infringement and licensing opportunities.
- Monitor and enforce IP rights, including identifying and addressing potential infringements.
- Review and negotiate IP agreements, including licensing, assignments, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance and support on IP matters, including product development, marketing, and branding.
- Stay updated on changes in IP laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist with the management of IP litigation and dispute resolution.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of IP assets and related documentation.
- Conduct IP training and awareness programs for employees to promote understanding and compliance.
- Adequate protection and management of intellectual property rights.
- Timely registration and maintenance of IP assets.
- Proactive identification and resolution of potential IP infringements.
- Successful negotiation of IP agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Compliance with relevant IP laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Efficient handling of IP litigation and disputes.
- Increased awareness and understanding of IP rights among employees.

**Essential skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Intellectual Property, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of intellectual property laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
- Experience in negotiating and drafting IP agreements.

Familiarity with trademark, patent, and copyright registration processes

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
