Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Financial Planning**: Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform business strategies.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with department heads to set and manage budgets, providing guidance and support to ensure financial targets are met.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and present regular financial reports, highlighting key financial metrics, variances from budget, and insights into business performance. Ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of financial results and implications.
- **Cost Management**: Work with operational teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements. Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions and project evaluations.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Serve as a key point of contact between the finance department and business units, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of success in a business partnering role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial management software.
