Job Description: Insurance Sales (Fresher/Experienced)

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales professionals at My Money Mantra. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the insurance industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell insurance products to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- For Fresher: 12th pass
- For Experienced: Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred. Salary will be based on the last salary drawn with a hike.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

**Salary**:

- For Fresher: Up to 15,000 INR per month.
- For Experienced: Salary will be based on the last salary drawn with a hike.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
