Incharge Paint Shop

Oversee powder coating operations, ensuring efficient production, quality, and safety.
- Manage powder coating department, supervising team members.
- Implement production schedules, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor and control coating quality, identifying and resolving issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Optimize production processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Coordinate with other departments (production, maintenance, quality).
- Cost reduction and budget management.
- Plan wise batches generation and ensuring Plan achievement.
- Preparing SOP's & Work Instructions for Production Operations.
- Controlling complete Paint Shop Plant including PT & 7 Tank Process as well Powder Coating Process
- Education:

- Diploma/Any Graduation

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in powder coating within a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal or sheet metal products.
- Strong knowledge of powder coating materials, equipment, and processes.
