Responsibilities

- **Service**: Serve food and drinks, and ensure guests are served on time
- **Menu**: Be knowledgeable about the menu and answer questions
- **Staff**: Train, supervise, and mentor staff
- **Inventory**: Manage inventory and order supplies
- **Cleanliness**: Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
- **Communication**: Communicate with the kitchen about menu questions, wait times, and product availability
