**Job Title: Executive - QA / Production / QC**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in routine QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Support production processes including formulation, filling, and packaging.
- Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Participate in documentation, data recording, and report generation.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of biological materials.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
- Follow strict safety protocols to maintain a contamination-free environment.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of basic laboratory and production techniques
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of vaccine manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
