We are looking for a dedicated **Security Incharge** to oversee and manage all security operations across our campuses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor all security guards and their shifts.
- Ensure proper discipline, grooming, and alertness among the security staff.
- Regularly inspect campus premises to ensure safety and security standards.
- Manage gate entries, visitor logs, and staff/student movement.
- Coordinate in emergency situations and enforce college security protocols.
- Prepare daily security reports and update the management.
- Liaison with local authorities if required for any incident management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing security teams.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle incidents calmly and effectively.
- Retired personnel from defense/police/security background preferred.
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents.

*Working Hours:* [8:00AM to 5:30PM]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 8 years (preferred)
- Security: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
