We are seeking a talented **Graphic Designer** to join our Kolkata office and bring creative ideas to life.

As a **Graphic Designer** at **Small Town Talks**, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our clients. You will collaborate with our marketing and content teams to deliver visually appealing designs across multiple platforms. Your work will directly impact our clients' brand presence, audience engagement, and overall success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging graphics for social media posts, digital ads, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Design logos, brochures, presentations, and brand assets that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and visual excellence.
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to produce fresh and modern designs.
- Optimize and export graphics for different digital formats, ensuring performance and compatibility.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer** in an agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including social media graphics, branding, and web assets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
- Experience working with social media platforms and understanding design best practices for each.
